Hamilton Grand
Mercury Communications was appointed by Kohler to drive sales of Hamilton Grand, a collection of private residences located on the 18th hole of the Old Course. Following the successful campaign. We were then invited to take on the iconic and neighbouring Old Course Hotel in St Andrews in January 2021 (until present).
Ghelamco
Appointed to launch the UK arm of Ghelamco, the major European pioneering real estate business, renowned for the creation of sustainable energy neutral concepts. Its first foray into the market is with the The Arc, a mixed-use hub in Shoreditch, East London. The brief was to not only provide awareness of their British venture (and future projects in the pipeline), but the corporate brand and its track-record, along with the 28-year Head of the UK, Marie-Julie Gheysens.
Burbeck Interiors
An interiors and property focussed collective at the forefront of professional home staging in London and the wider UK. Their emphasis on exceptional design and quality has positioned them as industry leaders in their field. Founded in 2013 by property developer brothers Alex and Jack Willcocks, the business was created to offer property owners expert interiors staging to help promote and sell their properties quicker and for more.
